Caring for your CS Woods surface is easy.

NORMAL CLEANING (as needed): A soft, damp lint free cloth is all that is needed for normal cleaning. Add a little mild soap (a drop of Dawn dish soap works great) if necessary, but please do not use aggressive cleaning products, abrasives, or excessive moisture. Wipe dry with another soft, lint free cloth. The finish on your table is exceptionally durable and will withstand many years of normal use.

CLEANER AND POLISH (to refresh surface): Lightly spray the surface with the cleaner. Do not allow the cleaner to dry on the surface. Wipe completely dry with a clean, soft cloth or paper towel. Dry the surface completely before using the polish. The cleaner may be used alone at any time, but it is also a preparation for the polish. Shake the polish well before each use.  Lightly moisten a very small lint free cloth or ¼ sheet of Scott’s blue paper shop towel with Sutherland Welles Tung Oil polish. Spread the polish evenly over the surface. (A little goes a long way). You can buff polish lightly onto live edge as well. Wipe the polish back to a dry beautiful sheen. Let the polish dry for 30 minutes. This may be repeated as often as necessary.

Polish Details: The product is a combination of Polymerized Tung Oil, Mineral Oil and Beeswax. (No solvent, no VOC and no odor.)

We recommend that you do not expose your tabletop to high heat, unshaded direct sunlight, or prolonged moisture contact, as these can damage the finish. With kind treatment, your CS Woods table should outlast us all.

The polish and cleaner products can be purchased from CS Woods.
