Shipping policy

Please double-check that your checkout includes the correct shipping option for your location, unless you plan to pick up your item at our warehouse or arrange delivery directly with CS Woods. Most items ship via freight truck, so if your delivery location requires a lift gate, be sure to note that at checkout.

Because our products can be quite large and heavy, proper equipment—such as a forklift or lift gate—may be needed to safely move your order from the truck to your space.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping selection, a 6% restocking fee will apply. We’re always happy to help you choose the best delivery option—just reach out!
